Launcher uses 8 pwr. Im training up the adv weapon upgrades, which gives a 2% reduction in pwr per level. Im at level 2. so, to me that says that my launcher should have a pwr of 7.68. Click on info and it still shows 7.84, which is the 2% reduct...

Once they are set up can anyone deactivate and scoop them? I ask because Ive just seen a gang get killed and i wasnt able to scoop their warp disruptor. In fact there was no option to do anything other than kill it. doing something wrong?

it depends on what u want to fight and the range you want to fight at. if u r going to be using a webby then hybrid turrets may not be the best bet. to use the web u need to be within 10k - hybrids are no where near as good as blasters when fight...

sorry, my question was a bit misleading. i was asking out of all the races, which is the best ship to use. which ever ship it is i will train up so i can use it. i was under the impression that caldari ships are not best suited to lasers.
